Tuesday September 10

Today we read, "Not a Stick" and used our imagination to think of what possibilities a stick could become. Ask your child what they thought of. Act out your ideas.

We then practiced drawing horizontal lines in our visual journals. Using a variety of colors and a variety of lengths. Please practice making lines at home with your child as this helps with their fine motor development and printing skills.

We sorted objects into colour groups. See what you can find to sort at home. How many different ways can you sort the objects?

Mrs. Mask's classes ( Blue/Yellow) had music with Mrs. Coulson.
Mrs. Conley (Red) and Mrs. Watterson's (Green) classes had gym with Mr. Der.
Ask your child what they learned about.

A reminder to send back the coloured folders the next day. We will store them at school and send them home as needed.
