We visited the learning commons today for the first time. Your child has brought home a library book to read. Ask your child how we can take care of our books. Please read daily with your child. You can keep your library book up to two weeks and then return it back to the school.
Today we read the story, " The Best Part of Me." Have a conversation with your child, what the best part of them is and why.
We also did some name art. We practiced our scissor and ripping paper skills. Please practice scissor skills at home. You can use magazines, flyers, play dough, straws, etc.
We visited the gym. Students have gym class daily. Ask your child what their favourite game has been so far.

Picture Day is coming up on Tuesday, September 24th. Individual photos only will be done at this time.
