Tuesday November 19

We read the book, Clothesline Clues For Jobs That People Do and talked about the tools that community helpers use to do their job.

The children played a sorting and matching game where they had to find all the tools for a certain community helper.

We practiced our Community Helpers Poem. It is attached below so you can practice reading it at home.

Students played a Guess Who Community helpers partner game. Students had to describe a community helper they had in their cards and their partner had to guess the helper based on their description. Can you play this game at home or while you are driving around the neighbourhood?

Mrs Mask's classes went to gym and Mrs. Conley and Mrs.Watterson's classes went to gym.
Check out Mr. Der or Mrs. Coulson's blog to find out what activities your children are engaged in.
