I Am Invited to a Party!

Math - Watch video for an example: Math Problem Example
Materials - Blue journal, pencil, number line, manipulatives (counters, blocks, pencils etc)

Mrs. Mask sees 3 buckets of pencils in the classroom. Each bucket has the same amount of pencils in each. What could be the total of pencils in the classroom?

Can you show me 2 different ways to solve this problem. Remember to show me your thinking with drawing pictures and labelling them.

** Something I didn't say on the video is you can use buckets and find pencils in your house to help you out to solve the math problem**

Challenge of the Day: "Laundry Art"
Materials - laundry

Here is your chance to be creative using the laundry at your house.  Come up with the best art you can using only laundry.  Here are a few photos to give you some inspiration!
